NYC Craft Beer Festival – Spring Seasonals: MARCH 30, 2013

ContentImage-2041-103929-Beertaps1copyThe NYC Craft Beer Festival returns to the city on MARCH 30th for its highly anticipated Spring Seasonals edition. Following the success of the Winter Harvest edition in December, the March tasting will showcase spring releases from 75 of America’s best craft breweries. There will be over 150 selections from breweries such as Allagash, Goose Island, Firestone Walker and Narragansett among many others in addition to food designed to compliment the tastings on hand from the the likes of Cooper’s Craft & Kitchen, Tavern 29 and the Guilty Goose.

While many brewers will be on the tasting floor to discuss their offerings, theFileItem-266528-IMG_0361_PROOFcopy Festival will host several intimate seminars, which guests can participate in on a first come, first serve basis. The seminars include “What is ‘Craft’ Beer, really?” hosted by Giancarlo and Sarah Annese from BeerUnion.com, “The Essentials of Home Brewing” hosted by Douglas Amport from Bitter & Esters and a “Beer Style Comparison” seminar hosted by Mike Lovullo from Union Beer Distributors.

One day only, the Festival will offer two sessions on March 30th:

Session I: General Admission 1:30 PM – 4:00 PM / VIP & Connoisseur 12:30 PM – 4:00 PM

Session II: General Admission 7:00 PM – 9:30 PM / VIP & Connoisseur 6:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Additionally VIP & Connoisseur tickets offer access to the exclusive Connoisseur’s Lounge for the entire session, a relaxing area featuring live Blues & Folk influenced music in addition to gourmet finger foods provided at no additional cost. Only 150 Connoisseur tickets will be offered per session.
